Purchase policy

The request flow is deliberately separated from payment. This policy explains pricing, confirmation, delivery, event changes, refunds, and what happens if selected inventory cannot be supplied.

01 / Request stage

A website request records the event, section, row, seat number, quantity, estimated total, and customer contact details. It is not a purchase and we do not charge at this stage.

02 / Verification and final offer

We verify inventory with the supplying party. We then send a final offer showing ticket identity, seller role where required, ticket restrictions, delivery method, taxes and fees, and the total payable. An alternative is never substituted without your affirmative acceptance.

03 / Pricing

Resale prices may be above or below face value. The final offer identifies the currency, price per ticket, applicable fees and total price. We do not hide mandatory fees after the final purchase action.

04 / Payment and order confirmation

Payment is taken only through the secure link in the final offer. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we issue an order confirmation. Fraud, duplicate orders, obvious pricing errors, or failed verification may result in rejection or refund.

05 / Delivery

The usual method is mobile transfer to the email or account specified in your confirmation. Delivery timing varies by organiser and may occur close to the event. You must maintain access to the delivery email and follow transfer instructions promptly.

06 / Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed event tickets are generally final sale, subject to mandatory law and the specific offer. If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the final offer will state whether refund protection covers the ticket price, fees, or both. Travel and accommodation are not covered unless expressly stated.

07 / Postponement and changes

If an event is postponed or the venue, time, lineup, or participants change, the ticket ordinarily remains valid for the replacement event. We will pass on information received from the organiser and apply any remedy required by law or offered by the supplier.

08 / Buyer promise claims

If the delivered ticket is invalid, materially different from the confirmed offer, or not delivered in time, contact us immediately with the order reference and evidence. We will investigate and, where the promise applies, seek comparable replacement tickets or a refund.

09 / Limits and restricted tickets

Supporter-zone, age, membership, accessibility, named-ticket, lead-booker, or resale restrictions will be disclosed when known. A buyer must not purchase a ticket they are ineligible to use.
