Accessibility

We aim for a ticket-selection experience that works with keyboard navigation, assistive technology, zoom, reduced motion, and non-map alternatives.

01 / Our commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public purchase journey. Seat selection is available both visually and as a text list so a map is never the only route.

02 / Current features

  • Semantic buttons and form labels.
  • Keyboard-accessible section and seat controls.
  • Text alternatives containing section, row, seat, status, and price.
  • Visible focus and high-contrast states.
  • Responsive layout and browser zoom support.

03 / Known limitations

Venue geometry is representative and is not an accessibility seating plan. Supplier feeds must accurately identify wheelchair spaces, companion seats, step-free routes, restricted views, and transfer requirements.

04 / Requesting assistance

If you cannot complete a request, email [email protected] or call (645) 228-6025. Tell us the event, access need, preferred contact method, and any companion-seat requirement.

05 / Feedback

Report an accessibility problem with the page URL, browser or assistive technology, and the task you were trying to complete. We will acknowledge and prioritise purchase-path barriers.
