Privacy policy

This notice describes the personal information North American Ticket Organization LLC collects through NAT Tickets, why we use it, the parties involved in fulfilment, and the choices available to you.

01 / Who controls your data

NORTH AMERICAN TICKET ORGANIZATION LLC is the controller for data collected through this website unless a final offer identifies another controller. Send privacy requests to [email protected] or 1468 NE 104th St, Miami Beach, FL 33138.

02 / Information collected

We collect contact details, account applications and moderation status, saved event and notification preferences, request and order details, communications, support records, fraud and security signals, consent preferences, device and basic log data. A payment provider—not the order-request form—will process full payment-card data.

03 / Purposes and legal bases

We use data to review account applications, administer accounts, provide requested price and inventory alerts, answer order requests, prepare and perform contracts, deliver tickets, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve the service. Marketing, giveaways and optional alerts are sent only on the basis disclosed at signup and can be disabled.

04 / Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary data with inventory suppliers, ticket transfer platforms, payment processors, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention services, and authorities where legally required. The live launch notice must name material providers.

05 / International transfers

Our operator is in the United States and service providers may operate internationally. Where required, we use recognised transfer mechanisms and safeguards. Obtain the applicable safeguard details by contacting us.

06 / Retention

Unconverted requests are retained only as long as needed for follow-up, fraud control, and recordkeeping. Order, tax, dispute, and compliance records may be kept longer where required. Production retention periods must be documented before launch.

07 / Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We do not currently sell personal information.

08 / Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, limited collection, monitoring, and service-provider controls appropriate to risk. No system is perfectly secure; contact us immediately if you believe your data or ticket account is at risk.

09 / Children

The service is not directed to children under 16. A parent or guardian should place and manage any order for a minor. We do not knowingly collect children’s data for marketing.

10 / Complaints and contact

Contact [email protected] first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the data-protection or consumer authority with jurisdiction over you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
